You’ve just got to love the royal family haven’t you: They carry the weight of the world on their shoulders, representing the quintessential essence of what it means to be British and yet they’re still able to have a laugh at the end of the day. Here are just a few of our favourite ‘Royal comedy’ moments:
1. ‘Queen Thug Life’.
One of the main reasons we love our royal highness, Queen Elizabeth II, is that she looks totally bad-ass driving around in her range rover. And you know what? We wouldn’t mess with her because of it.

2. Prince Charles’s ‘eagle face’.
Pretty much the funniest picture of the Prince of Wales to date, we certainly don’t blame him for shielding himself from this crazy eagle’s wings but he does have to take in to consideration that he has paparazzi following him 24/7, who are bound to capture his worst angle.

3. Prince Harry’s ‘entertaining children face’.
Without a doubt considered ‘the people’s Prince’, Harry has no qualms about pulling hilarious faces for the children he meets on his royal tours and we love him all the more for it.

4. Prince Charles, William, Harry and that mysterious photo.
Ok, we are just dying to know what Prince William is showing his dad and brother here. Judging by Prince Charles’s face, it looks like something pretty gross.

5. The Queen and 007.
For the 2012 Olympics, which were held in Great Britain, the Queen decided that she would stun her public and involve herself in a hilarious skit with Daniel Craig where she appears to sky dive in to the opening ceremony. Suffice to say, we were all gobsmacked and completely in awe of her for getting involved in such a brilliant way.

6. That Royal Wedding photo.
One of the most famous pictures to hit the headlines after William and Kate’s 2011 royal wedding was that of adorable little flower girl Grace Van Cutsem (bottom left), who found the noise a little bit too much to bare.

If there’s one thing we all sadly love to see, it’s when things don’t quite go to plan and you can always rely on children for that. In this case, poor little Princess Charlotte didn’t want to get on a plane and the whole world witnessed a classic toddler meltdown.

Even though a very young Prince George appeared to shun the Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, when he didn’t return his offer of a high-five on a royal visit to the country, it didn’t stop the world’s hearts from melting.

We can’t blame Kate Middleton for swooning at Justin Trudeau. After all, he is one of the dreamiest men on the planet right now thanks to his kindness and liberal politics.
